There are two payment methods available for ICEST 2025:

2. Pay on site
Before filling the online registration form for the conference please complete the payment if you choose to pay by bank transfer
Refer to the payment methods for details). Alternatively, if you choose to pay on site, please select the appropriate option on the online registration form.
You are also expected to provide your travel details and passport information so that we can arrange a special visa. Please fill out a separate form for
your dependent.
Registration form requires you to submit scan copy of bank receipt (for bank transfers).

Participants are required to pay for any service fees in case of bank transfers. Note that we should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the participant has to pay the balance due at the registration desk.
After sending your registration payment by bank transfer, scan the bank receipt and attach in the registration form.
If you are facing funding issues or other unavoidable circumstances, you may register online and pay on-site at the conference. To confirm your participation and reserve a slot in the conference program, you must complete the registration accordingly.
