All authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is original except for copyrighted works (including illustrations, tables, animations and text quotations) which may be included with the permission of the copyright holder.
The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and agree on its submission for publication.
All the accepted papers must accompany a copyright release form signed by at least one author for each paper (Attach the copyright form separately during camera-ready submission).
All submitted papers must be related to the main topic of the conference and conference main tracks and all accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
All submitted papers will be double blind peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
Only manuscripts submitted via the online submission system (Microsoft CMT) will be considered for review. Authors can check the status of the review process using this submission system. Once papers are accepted, a registration link will be provided for the authors to register for the conference.
In order to submit a paper, an author is required to create an account on the Microsoft's Conference Management Toolkit.
Once your account is created, you will be able to submit papers and check the status of the submitted papers. To submit a paper, authors will be required to fill-in the author information and upload the formatted word/pdf file. Use new submission to upload additional papers.
