Registration guidelines

ONE regular registration is within 10 pages including all figures, tables and references.

ONE author registration covers paper publication, presentation time, coffee breaks and lunch on the conference days and a free local TOUR.

ONE presenter registration covers conference attendance, coffee breaks and lunch on the conference days and a free local TOUR.

ONE listener registration covers coffee breaks and lunch on the conference days.

ONE registration allows ONLY one participant to attend the conference and local TOUR.

All conference attendees must register and at least one author must register for presentation for each submitted paper

Additional paper registration requires that two papers have the same FIRST authors.

Student rate is only applicable, if student is the FIRST author (Submit student ID card when registering).

Fees are non-refundable once registration is completed.

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly caused by any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer such as diseases, cancellation of flights etc.

Registration must be completed one month prior to the conference date to arrange special visa.
